JESSICA ZENG, MTAX

Jessica assists business owners in various industries by providing many services, including tax compliance, research and reorganization planning. In addition to her experience analyzing Canadian domestic tax issues, Jessica has conducted extensive research on topics related to cross-border transactions, permanent establishment, domestic trusts and other areas of concern to Canadian individuals and Canadian private corporations. Her interest in international tax law has helped clients ensure that compliance with foreign reporting requirements is maintained and potential foreign tax exposures are identified.
Jessica graduated from the Master of Taxation program at the University of Waterloo in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Having successfully completed her UFE exam in 2012, Jessica is currently working towards her CPA designation, with a focus on taxation. Jessica joined the firm in 2014. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and interior design.
